By accessing or using any services provided by CreeperCastle, including but not limited to Minecraft server hosting, VPS hosting, and DDoS protection (CreeperShield), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Services Offered

CreeperCastle provides the following services:

  • Minecraft Server Hosting

  • Virtual Private Server (VPS) Hosting

  • DDoS Protection (CreeperShield)

  • Other related hosting and gaming services

We reserve the right to add, remove, or modify services at any time with or without prior notice.

3. User Responsibilities

By using our services, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate information during registration and billing

  • Use services only for legal purposes

  • Not abuse the system or resources

  • Maintain the security of your login credentials

Using any of our services for illegal activities (such as DDoS attacks, phishing, malware distribution, hosting pirated content, or any criminal actions) will result in immediate and permanent termination of your services without any prior notice and without any refund.

4. Refund Policy

Refund eligibility varies by service:

  • Minecraft Server Hosting: Eligible for a full refund within 8 hours of purchase.

  • CreeperShield (DDoS Protection): Eligible for a full refund within 12 hours of purchase.

  • VPS Hosting: No refunds under any circumstances due to dedicated resource allocation.

Refunds will only be processed if the user has complied with all other terms and is not suspended or terminated due to abuse or illegal activity.

To request a refund, contact us at support@creepercastle.in with your order ID and reason for refund. Refunds will not be granted after the eligible window has passed.

5. Fair Use Policy

All services are subject to fair use. Excessive or abusive use of CPU, disk, bandwidth, or network resources may result in throttling, suspension, or termination of service.

Examples of abuse include:

  • Running crypto miners

  • Spamming

  • Exploiting or scanning external servers

  • Hosting public VPNs or proxy networks without permission

6. Payment & Billing

  • All payments are to be made in advance.

  • Services unpaid past their due date may be suspended or terminated.

  • We reserve the right to change pricing or billing cycles at any time with prior notice.

7. Service Suspension or Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your services without notice if:

  • You breach these Terms of Service

  • You engage in abusive or illegal behavior

  • You violate third-party rights or laws

  • You exceed fair usage limits

No refunds will be provided for services terminated due to violations.

8. Data Loss & Liability

CreeperCastle is not responsible for any data loss due to hardware failure, user error, or service termination. We recommend users make regular backups of their data.

Our liability for any damages is strictly limited to the amount paid for the affected service in the most recent billing cycle.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Changes will be posted on our website. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
