At CreeperCastle, we strive to provide high-quality hosting services and customer satisfaction. However, due to the nature of digital infrastructure and resource provisioning, we follow a strict and transparent refund policy as outlined below.

1. General Conditions

  • Refunds are only issued for eligible services and within the specified refund window.

  • Refunds will not be issued for:

    • Violations of our Terms of Service

    • Abuse, misuse, or illegal use of services

    • Failure to understand or use the product correctly

    • Late refund requests (outside the eligible window)

  • Refunds, if approved, will be processed within 5–10 business days back to the original payment method.

2. Refund Eligibility by Service

Minecraft Server Hosting

  • Refund Window: 8 hours from the time of purchase

  • Refund Type: Full refund

  • Conditions: User must not have violated any terms or caused server abuse

CreeperShield (DDoS Protection)

  • Refund Window: 12 hours from the time of purchase

  • Refund Type: Full refund

  • Conditions: No active abuse or excessive usage that caused network strain

VPS Hosting

  • Refund Window: ❌ No refunds

  • Due to dedicated resource allocation and provisioning costs, no refunds are offered for VPS hosting under any circumstance.

3. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund:

  1. Email us at support@creepercastle.in

  2. Include your Order ID, Service Name, and Reason for the refund

  3. Make sure your request is within the eligible time frame

We reserve the right to reject any refund request that does not meet our policy terms.

4. Chargebacks & Disputes

Filing a chargeback or payment dispute without contacting us first may result in:

  • Immediate termination of all active services

  • Blacklisting from future purchases

  • Reporting to industry fraud protection systems

Please contact our support team to resolve any billing concerns before initiating a dispute.
